Are you seeing any trends in clinical complications post delivery in the covid positive patients?
Is there a new recommendation for testing after an exposure to the delta variant and is an exposure still considered < 6 feet apart for 15 minutes for Delta

Thank you Ashley!
What are the unvaccinated women reporting as to why they did not get vaccinated? Is it just skepticism & fear of harm to the unborn? What else can providers do to urge pregnant women to get vaccinated?
Hi folks, Here's the link to the ADPH isolation and quarantine guideline (we'll post that on our website as well): https://www.alabamapublichealth.gov/covid19/assets/cov-timeframes-isolation-quarantine.pdf
is there a particular MAB that should be preferentially offered to pregnant women who meet criteria?
What are recommendations for timing of delivery with active covid, especially someone requiring ICU care? In the past, it was for fetal indications with the goal of keeping mom pregnant.
Are you recommending prophylactic or treatment dose anticoagulation in pregnant women with COVID admitted to ICU prior to delivery?
Any thoughts on antenatal testing on moms after Covid infection, for example, in the first or second trimester? Growth scans? NSTs?
I have a few pregnant moms who had been told not to get vaccinated by their provider and now their provider is saying to. They talk of being skeptical because of the change of tune of their provider. What would you tell providers who might be changing their opinion now that the recommendations of the CDC have changed?
